Freshly picked dark cherry and plum flavors, combined with the slight tart acidity from the lemonade, creates a refreshingly delicious beverage to be enjoyed all summer long.
This recipe kit yields a higher gravity wine than is standard for Island Mist, at 7.5% alcohol and has a sweetness code of 5. This limited release has a custom set of instructions reflecting different starting and finishing specific gravity due to the higher alcohol content as compared to other Island Mist kits.
