The Ss Brewtech Keg WaSsher gives homebrewers an easy and convenient way to clean cornelius-style kegs (Corny or other variants). You won’t need to disassemble or remove QD posts, dip tubes, or other fittings; all parts are cleaned in place. And forget extra-long scrub brushes and elbow grease, this keg washer does that for you.
The Keg WaSsher was designed to fit inside of a 5 gallon bucket. This way you can clean your kegs in batches by buckets with cleanser, rinse water, and sanitizer. The Keg WaSsher only requires 2 gallons of cleaning solution, resulting in less chemical waste and less environmental impact than traditional cleaning methods.
To operate, simply remove the keg’s lid, tilt and insert the spray ball attachment into the keg’s lid opening, and then rotate the keg to secure the lip against the WaSsher’s silicone baseplate seal. Then secure the locknut and snug the entire assembly down.
Attach the two ball lock quick disconnect fittings to their respective posts ensuring there are no kinks in the silicone tube. Lastly, turn your keg upside down and put the entire assembly into a standard 5-gallon bucket that contains 2 gallons of your preferred cleaning solution, then activate the pump.
