Just get everything near boiling, then start the water flowing at the correct rate to keep your distillate at the temperature you are looking for. Cooling water goes in one side and comes out the other side hot, with distilled liquid coming out a separate tube. It can be used with the Grainfather as well if used with the Still Spirits Copper Pot Dome Top.
