Stranda is a kveik strain owned by Stein Langlo from Stranda, Norway. Considered a “cleaner” kveik strain, Stranda can also produce a wide range of beer styles over a large temperature gradient. Ideal for use when you have little to no temperature control of your fermentation.

- Optimum Fermentation Temp: 72 - 98F
*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
